DESCRIPTION
From the San Ignacio, Jaen, Cajamarca regions of northwestern Peru. (altitude 100- 1900m). Very darkly roasted, smoky and sweet – but with an attitude. (No harsh aftertaste like so many other roasters’ dark coffees!)
